"I own a 08 MV Agusta 312R that needed a few parts for. The dealer was able to source the parts super quick and have the parts on their way to me immediately! I also drove the 3hrs over just to experience the shop and bring a part for service to assist me with. They went over the top in giving me more info than they needed and took the time with my questions! The Service was top of the line and the drive was well worth it! "After picking up a 2005 Triumph America last year with very low miles I took it on a 3200 mile ride. This bike has the most comfortable stock seat of any bike I have ever ridden. I am also very much a cheap skate and John was more than willing to meet my terms. I only know of two dealers in all of Illinois that go above the call of duty to make their customers happy and this is one of them. I will proudly recommend them to my friends. "Got the '09 Speedmaster after not riding for many years, only had a couple very minor problems that MCC was able to deal with and got me in and out very quickly (same day) which is always impressive with any dealer. Going to hit the 5K mark on the odometer this memorial day weekend (only 2 1/2 months old now) and no major bugs. Still running like a new machine. Planning on a Street Triple R in about 3 years or so from now. Thanks to Geoff, John, Dave and Mike H. in the service dep't. for all of your help along the way. "Hello John Acton, I think I set a Ducati record for miles travelled in a day on 9-28-08. 869 miles from 6am till 11pm. Given that my gt1000 is not a typical touring bike without a windshield, or large gas tank, and that not all the miles were on an interstate, I think this was quite impressive. The trip was on hwy45 to the Shaunee Natl Forest and back on I-24 and I-57. I took the Ohio River Scenic Byway at the southern tip which was my goal as it is listed in the Reader's Digest Great Rides book. Take care, see ya soon, Ray Poggenburg"

"Recently (Sept 2008) bought a used Ducati 749S. I have been out of motorcycling for 20 plus years but recently got the bug again. I was not sure what type of bike to get and visited the dealership perhaps 5 times over several months. The sales staff was patient in answering questions and bringing me through the thought process to what I liked. I was allowed to test ride two bikes and settled on the used 749S. I am still getting used to it but it is nice to peek in the garage and see the big Duc sitting there. The dealership is nice as it caters to an adult clientele and is willing to take time with a customer, allow a test ride, something that most dealerships are reluctant to do, if at all. I hope to join the MCC riders at a track day to enjoy the 749S in the venue it was designed for."

"I purchased my 2006 Tiger last summer, and found the experience to be very satisfying. Salespeople were knowledgeable, and willing to spend some time with me. My bike came in as a dealer transfer, and after I got it home I noticed a couple of small rubber bumpers missing. I called the parts department and we found that an actual part number for these didn't exist. I confess that I called Triumph myself because I was starting to worry that these guys were crazy, but it was true, no part number. The parts and service departments kept working with Triumph corporate until the issue was resolved. I know the staff at MCC spent a lot of time and energy on a fifty-cent part for me, and I appreciate it."

"I am very happy with my 2007 Ducati GT 1000. John gave me a great trade-in price on my old 1980 Honda. Just returned from a two week 6k mile trip on the bike with no problems. Averaged 62mpg. High was 78 and Low was 47. Fuel injection is the way to go in the mountains. The Ducati is a fun bike to ride."
